YACHTZOO, a globally located luxury superyacht brokerage company, is currently seeking a highly motivated and seasoned yacht broker to assume a key role in our Ft. Lauderdale office. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of five years’ experience with a proven track record; be goal oriented, self-motivated and maintain the highest ethical standards.

YACHTZOO offers an attractive commission split and actively supports our brokers and quality listings through local, national and international print advertising and digital marketing. We also participate in a variety of boat shows globally and provide outstanding support and resources to our brokers.

Job requirements include:

  • Committed to a full time brokerage career with the confidence and financial ability to work on commission only
  • Interest in working full time from our Ft. Lauderdale office on a daily basis
  • Well-versed in the sales contract process from start to finish
  • Well-versed in industry practices, marketing tools and trends
  • An established client base and the ability to network within the industry
  • Networking, negotiation and client management skills
  • Participate regularly in boat shows and special events
  • Generate new leads and continue to develop relationships with new and loyal clients
  • Significant knowledge of the yachting industry


  • 5+ years’ experience as a yacht broker
  • Growth-oriented professional with proven track record in yacht sales
