The YACHTZOO team is please to announce a EUR 3 Million Price Drop on the 50m Hakvoort M/Y HADIA superyacht of our yacht sales fleet. Built in 2006 to an Espen Oeino design, with a refit in 2012, she was previously named JEMASA. Her exceedingly generous gross tonnage gives her an interior with proportions equal to many significantly longer yachts.

The owner and guest accommodations have been designed to provide maximum luxury and amenities, while keeping a marvellous flexibility of use. HADIA can welcome a total of 14 guests, accommodating 12 within six staterooms and two Pullmans are located in the massage room. There are five full guest suites, plus a separate upper/lower bedded cabin for children, nannies or private staff. Opposite this last cabin is a massage room.

The owner’s suite on HADIA is forward on the main deck. Entrance to the suite is made on the starboard side through the owner’s private office and sitting room from the lobby. The wide full-beam cabin features a kingsize bed and is finished in teak. ‘His and hers’ en-suite bathrooms are adjoined by a central double shower unit and bathtub. Aft of the bedroom to port is a large cedar-walled walk-in dressing room.

The lobby’s stairs on starboard lead down to the guest accommodations on the lower deck. Here there are two generously sized, well-appointed en-suite VIP cabins with bathtubs, plus two slightly smaller en-suites double cabins (with showers). There is a further twin-bunked cabin, also en-suite (with shower) plus a discreetly tucked away massage and treatment room to starboard. There are four upper/lower bunk crew cabins on the lower deck forward, plus an engineer’s cabin, all with en-suite facilities. The captain’s cabin is on the bridge deck aft of the ship’s office.

HADIA has a superb sundeck equipped with a vast Jacuzzi and a superb raised dining area forward that is a great place to dine while at anchor. The area beneath the mast is allocated to the gym, with enough space for several pieces of equipment.
The helideck aft is built to accommodate a 3,000kg helicopter, it can also be used to store extra toys, when required, and these can be hoisted, launched and retrieved by way of a crane.
The aft of both the main deck and bridge deck have fully shaded seating and dining areas. There is a 6.4m (21ft) Novurania tender to starboard on the bridge deck, launched by way of a beam crane. The aft garage can accommodate another, smaller tender and/or wave-runners as required.

HADIA has the equivalent volume of many 60m yachts but with the associated lower running cost of a 50m. Her length is on the upper limit to all the popular ports.

HADIA is now asking of EUR 21 000 000 and is currently undergoing an interior refit and lying in Vilanova, Spain.
