UNITED SPIRIT Yacht for sale

Overview

UNITED SPIRIT held the title of “The World’s Fastest Yacht” for 30 years until King Juan Carlos of Spain’s Don Shead designed Palmer Johnson yacht FORTUNA, boosted by a Lycoming gas turbine, took over the title. In 2004, UNITED SPIRIT was re-powered with Rolls-Royce MTU’s that drive Kamewa jet-drives in order to achieve both superior speed and unmatched fuel economy in this size-range. The yacht’s shallow draft (1.1m/3.6 ft) is also unmatched. All this performance and an interior that reflects her pedigree as a “Gentleman’s Yacht”. Go ahead and compare it to other jet-drive yachts – Mangusta, AB and Pershing that all rely upon more hp and fuel to reach similar speeds.

This is an ideal yacht for fast-passage to the islands, or along the Mediterranean coast. Owner and guests will enjoy the spacious sun deck and the beautiful white oak panelling with ebony inlays, soft carpets, beautiful furniture and warm lighting. United Spirit has three tastefully decorated and thoughtfully planned suites, each with fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. There is also an additional cabin with a bunk bed and, of course, a crew cabin with an en-suite bathroom and shower.

Benefitting from many upgrades and re-fits over the years, United Spirit is the ultimate ‘Collector’s Item’ for a discerning yachtsman with a sterling pedigree that includes its history in Monaco with Royals and Celebrities as regular guests. Shortly after last refit in 2020, she was stored in a heated shed in Sweden awaiting its new owner and ready for new adventures.
